I think there could be a lot said for making a list of all the things you have outstanding before you go to sleep. It helps to clear your mind. I have never used this technique before, even though I am an avid list maker, and would write one at the start or middle of the day. Of course, by the time I go to bed, there are many more things buzzing through my head and insomnia sets in because my mind will not let me relax.

Items were crossed off the list quickly and I really felt I had been productive. Doing this has also made me realise that it allows better concentration on the training program and getting through the next stage of building my website.

I made the decision to sign up for Elite Influence* which is the next stage in the training and it has really made me focus more on what it is I want to achieve. I am now committed to the next stage which is all down to how much I want this to succeed and how hard I work to achieve my goals.

It has been tough to stay positive over the last few days when everyone around me is sick or suffering. Signing up for the next step in my career as an entrepreneur has really helped to bring back the excitement I had when I first started the training.
